Hypnotherapy and Neurofeedback: New approaches for habit change
Dan Galant, Ph.D., Director
Addiction Hypnotherapy
and Neurofeedback combines two powerful approaches for changing
addictive behavior, or any undesired behavior. These services, hypnotherapy
and neurofeedback, may be used separately or in combination.
If you have
never tried hypnosis, you may discover in even one session that
hypnosis allows you to access deep motivation for change, and to
identify previously unused tools for accomplishing change.
Neurofeedback
is a relatively new approach to behavior change that involves monitoring
your brain waves on a computer, and training you to take control
of them. By taking control of brain wave states you may then be
able to reduce or eliminate a number of behavioral problems, including
addictive behavior and attention deficit disorder.
